2. Scope

These terms apply to every order and booking via softsacredself.com, and to arrangements we make by email, WhatsApp or Instagram. By ordering, you confirm that you have read and accept them. I may change these terms; your order is always governed by the terms as they were at the time you ordered. You can always save or print these terms, and you also receive them in your confirmation email.

I only work with people aged 18 and over. By ordering, you confirm that you are an adult.

3. My offerings

• Online readings: personal readings with tarot, oracle and Lenormand cards, or a yes/no question with the pendulum, which I record as a video.
• Journeys: an In-Depth, Love / Relationship or Work / Career Guidance Reading every month, for 3, 6 or 12 months.
• Guided meditations: digital audio files that you download. They are spoken in Dutch.
• On location in Belgium: an energetic clearing of your home, and the Divine Feminine Sacred Photoshoot. Other photoshoots are booked via softsacredstudios.com, where their own terms apply.

Each product page describes exactly what you receive, how long it takes and what I need from you.

4. Ordering

You order by making your choice on a product page, filling in your details, accepting these terms and paying. Your order is final when you click the "Book and pay" button, and the contract is concluded as soon as your payment succeeds. You immediately receive a confirmation by email, with an overview of your order, these terms and the model withdrawal form. You don't need to create an account.

For a reading I need your full name, your date of birth, your email address and your question. Sometimes I ask for a recent photo of your face; in that case I will contact you myself. Please make sure your details are correct, as I base my reading on them.

If I feel a reading will not help you at that moment, I may decline your request. In that case I refund you in full.

5. Prices

All prices are in euros. Because I fall under the VAT exemption scheme for small businesses, I do not charge VAT. All prices are final prices: the price you see is the price you pay. For appointments on location, a travel fee may be added, which you see and choose yourself when booking (see article 10). There are no other extra costs, including for the payment method you choose. I may change my prices, but never for an order or journey that is already under way.

6. Payment

You pay securely via Mollie, with Bancontact, card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. I never see your bank or card details myself. You pay no extra costs for any payment method.

I only start your reading, meditation or appointment once your payment has been received.

7. Journeys

A journey runs for 3, 6 or 12 months. Every month you receive a new reading, 1 to 2 weeks before the new month begins.

• Paying everything upfront: you pay for the entire journey in one go, at the most favourable price.
• Paying monthly: you pay for the first month when booking. A few days before each following reading, you receive a payment link by email. No amounts are ever taken from your account automatically. Your reading for that month follows after payment.

A journey has a fixed term and ends automatically after the last month. It is never renewed automatically. After your withdrawal period (see article 9), you cannot end a journey early: by choosing a journey, you commit to the full term, which is also why you receive a discount. A journey is personal and cannot be transferred to someone else. Readings you don't use cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Would you like to continue afterwards? Then simply choose a new journey.

8. Delivery

You receive your reading as a video, via a download link in your inbox. The delivery time is stated on each product page and applies from the moment your payment has been received. I plan my readings according to my energy and my cycle, so you always receive a reading I am fully present for.

The download link expires after a few days, so download your reading in time. After sending, I delete your reading from my laptop. If you are too late, send me a message; I cannot always resend an expired link.

You receive a meditation as a download right after payment.

If I cannot deliver within the stated time, for example due to illness, I will let you know as soon as possible. You can then choose between waiting or a full refund.

Emergency Reading: I deliver it within 72 hours of your payment. If I cannot accept your request, for example because I am travelling or ill, I will let you know right away and refund you in full.

9. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer buying at a distance, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. This period begins the day after we concluded the contract.

How to withdraw: let me know clearly, before the end of that period, that you want to withdraw, for example by email to info@softsacredself.com or by post to Vlasbloemstraat 24, 8500 Kortrijk, Belgium. You may use the model withdrawal form, but you don't have to. You are on time if you send your message before the period has expired.

Refund: I refund all amounts within 14 days of receiving your message, using the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise. This costs you nothing.

If I have already started: if you expressly asked me to start within the withdrawal period and you withdraw afterwards, you pay an amount in proportion to what I had already done for you, compared with the full price.

When your right of withdrawal ends:

• Readings and appointments on location: once the service has been fully performed, if I started with your express prior consent and you confirmed that you understand you then lose your right of withdrawal. You do this with the checkbox when ordering.
• Meditations: as soon as you can start the download, if you expressly agreed to this when ordering and confirmed that you understand you then lose your right of withdrawal. This consent is also stated in your confirmation email.
• Journeys: a journey is one contract. If you withdraw within 14 days, you only pay the proportionate share for the readings I have already fully delivered, and you get the rest back. After those 14 days, article 7 applies.

10. Appointments on location

After you book a space clearing or photoshoot, I will contact you to set a date and time together.

Travel: travel within 15 km of Kortrijk is included. Beyond that you pay per zone: 15 to 30 km costs €25, 30 to 50 km costs €45, and 50 to 75 km costs €65. Further than 75 km we discuss together.

Rescheduling or cancelling: you can reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment. If you cancel later than 48 hours beforehand or don't show up, I keep 25% of the price for the time I reserved for you. The same applies the other way round: if I cancel later than 48 hours beforehand without force majeure, I refund you in full and you also receive 25% of the price as compensation. If I have to reschedule due to force majeure, such as illness or a storm during a photoshoot, we look for a new date together. If that isn't possible, I refund you in full.

Photoshoot: you receive all successful photos, edited, in colour and black and white, within 4 weeks of the shoot. I only use your photos in my portfolio or on social media if you give your express permission. You can withdraw that permission at any time.

11. Late payment

If you do not pay a monthly instalment of a journey or a travel fee on time, I first send you a free reminder by email. You then have another 14 calendar days to pay, counting from the day after I sent the reminder.

If you still don't pay, I may charge a fixed compensation, within the limits of Belgian law:

• €20 if the outstanding amount is €150 or less
• €30 plus 10% of the amount between €150.01 and €500 if the outstanding amount is between €150.01 and €500
• €65 plus 5% of the amount above €500 if the outstanding amount is more than €500, up to a maximum of €2,000

In addition, I may charge late payment interest at the statutory interest rate. As long as a payment is outstanding, I do not deliver the next reading of your journey. If an earlier payment is reversed, the same rules apply.

The same applies the other way round: if I owe you a refund and do not pay it within the agreed time, you are entitled, after a reminder, to the same compensation and the same interest.

12. Nature of my work

I am an intuitive feeler, not a clairvoyant. I do not predict the future, not even on request. A reading shows your current energy and offers insight into situations, patterns and lessons. Cards and the pendulum give no guarantees.

What you do with the insights is your choice and your responsibility. A reading, meditation or clearing never replaces medical, psychological, legal or financial advice from a professional. If you are going through a difficult time, please also seek help from your doctor or another professional you trust.

13. Liability

I do my work with care and from my heart. I am not liable for decisions you make based on a reading or meditation, nor for their consequences. Otherwise, my liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned. This limitation does not apply in case of intent or gross negligence on my part, nor to harm to your life or health. I am not liable for problems caused by force majeure, such as outages at a payment or download service.

14. Intellectual property

My readings, meditations, texts and photos are my work. You may use them for yourself, but you may not resell, publicly share or distribute them without my written permission.

16. Complaints

If you are not satisfied, please let me know first via info@softsacredself.com. I reply within 3 working days and am happy to look for a solution together with you. If we cannot resolve it, you can contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service free of charge: North Gate II, Koning Albert II-laan 8 bus 1, 1000 Brussels, via consumentenombudsdienst.be.

17. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you live in another country, you keep the protection that the law of your country gives you as a consumer. In case of a dispute, the courts of the judicial district of West Flanders have jurisdiction, unless the law grants you as a consumer another court, such as the one where you live.
